ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Easter 2023 competition for Muntz Partners, which has been issued by Muntz Partners (ABN 72 071 474 041), 196 Scarborough Beach Road, Doubleview WA 6018, the promoter.
Only open to Western Australian residents. Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
Employees of the Promoter, Muntz Partners or any of the participating suppliers of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion
HOW TO ENTER
The promotion commences at 12am (AWST) on Wednesday 22 March 2023 and closes 11pm, 11 April 2023 (AWST) (Promotional Period).

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants may enter the competition only once via LinkedIn.
All entrants must adhere to any third party terms and conditions relevant to the prize.
The competition prize is of one (1) Easter Hamper.
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winning entries will be selected through a random draw at the offices of Muntz Partners, 196 Scarborough Beach Road, Doubleview WA 6018, on Wednesday 12 April 2023 at 3pm.
The prize must be collected by the winning entrant from Muntz Partners office at, 196 Scarborough Beach Road, Doubleview WA 6018, within 30 days.
The winning entry will be selected based on a draw at random. This is a competition of chance, not of skill.
The judges’ decision is final and will be binding on each person who enters the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified via LinkedIn, dependant on their method of entry; he or she will be requested to direct message the Muntz Partners LinkedIn Page with their details.
If the winner cannot be contacted or do not respond to Muntz Partner’s communication within 10 days, Muntz Partners and third party vendors reserve the right to re-draw the prize to another eligible user within 72 hours.
The winner does not receive any refund or credit note if the voucher is not used fully used.
You agree that the promoter may use your personal details provided for the purpose of conducting the competition. The promoter may disclose your personal information to its contractors, agents, any co-promoter and to State and Territory gaming departments, to assist in conducting this competition. The prize winner’s name may be published as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
